1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Dollar Media Technology Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the GamingClip website at gamingclip.com and all related pages, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to use the Platform:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • You are legally permitted to access social game content in your jurisdiction;
  • You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

For users in Australia, you must comply with all applicable state and territory laws regarding access to gaming-style entertainment content.

3. Description of service

GamingClip is a free-to-play social game aggregation platform that provides access to third-party reel-style games in demonstration (practice / fun) mode. The Platform offers:

  • A curated selection of four embedded games from third-party providers;
  • Local player profile creation (username and password stored on your device);
  • An experience point (XP) and rank progression system for entertainment purposes;
  • Informational pages about games, ranks, and responsible play.

The Platform does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or prizes of monetary value.

4. Player accounts (local profiles)

Creating a player on GamingClip requires choosing a username and password. By creating a player, you agree that:

  • Your credentials are stored locally on your device and are not managed by our servers;
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
  • You will not choose a username that impersonates another person, infringes intellectual property, is offensive, or violates applicable law;
  • You may only maintain one player profile per browser/device for personal use;
  • We may invalidate or reset local storage keys in Platform updates, which may require you to create a new player.

We are not responsible for unauthorised access to your local player profile resulting from shared devices, unlocked browsers, or malware on your device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, or third-party game systems;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform or embedded games;
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with the Platform;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or the experience of other users;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features;
  • Frame, mirror, or reproduce the Platform or its content without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Platform to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation;
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff through contact channels.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, comic illustrations, layout, design, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to Dollar Media Technology Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Embedded games are the intellectual property of their respective providers (e.g. Play'n GO, Relax Gaming) and are used under licence or demo arrangements. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content or embedded games without express written permission from the rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7. Virtual items and progression

XP, ranks, virtual credits within embedded games, achievements, and similar elements are provided for entertainment only. They:

  • Have no monetary value;
  • Are not property and confer no ownership rights;
  • Cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or goods;
  • May be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time without compensation.

8. Third-party games and links

The Platform embeds games and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party games is at your own risk and subject to the provider's terms.

We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game or third-party service.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. See our full Disclaimer for additional details.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOLLAR MEDIA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
  • Any conduct or content of third parties, including game providers;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your local data;
  • Any other matter relating to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dollar Media Technology Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time by ceasing access and clearing your browser's local storage for gamingclip.com. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@gamingclip.com. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Australian consumers may also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dollar Media Technology Limited regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
