6. No guarantee of availability

We aim to keep GamingClip and its integrated games available whenever possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or any game at any time without prior notice.

7. Local storage and player data

Player profiles (username, password, XP, and rank) are stored locally on your device using browser storage technology. We do not operate cloud-based player accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser.

Clearing browser data, using private/incognito mode, or switching devices may result in loss of your local player profile and progress. We are not liable for any loss of locally stored data.

8. Responsible entertainment

Although GamingClip involves no real money, we encourage all users to engage with social games responsibly and in moderation. Social games should not interfere with work, study, relationships, or personal wellbeing.
