This Privacy Policy explains how Dollar Media Technology Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit or use GamingClip at gamingclip.com (the "Platform"). We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), where they apply to our operations.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

3. Summary — what we collect

GamingClip is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require account registration with an email address or phone number. Player profiles are stored locally on your device. However, certain information may still be processed as described below:

• Local player data (stored on your device only): username, password, XP, rank, spin count, timestamps;
• Contact form data (if you email us): name, email address, message content;
• Technical / usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral URLs, date and time of access;
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 8.

4. Local storage (player profiles)

When you create a player on GamingClip, the following data is saved in your browser's local storage under the key gamingclip_player_v1:

• Username (chosen by you)
• Password (chosen by you, stored in plain text locally — see Section 5)
• Experience points (XP) and rank tier
• Number of game sessions / spins
• Account creation date and last login timestamp

This data is not transmitted to our servers as part of the standard player creation flow. It remains on your device until you clear browser data or delete your player. We cannot access, retrieve, or restore locally stored player profiles remotely.

5. Password security notice

Because player credentials are stored locally in your browser without server-side authentication, passwords are stored in plain text within local storage. We strongly recommend:

• Using a unique password that you do not use for any other service;
• Not using a password that contains personal or financial information;
• Understanding that anyone with access to your unlocked device and browser may view stored credentials through browser developer tools.

GamingClip player accounts are not secured to the standard of online banking or email accounts. Treat them as casual entertainment profiles only.

6. Information we may collect automatically

When you visit the Platform, our web hosting infrastructure and analytics tools (if enabled) may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate geographic location derived from IP;
• Browser type, version, and language settings;
• Operating system and device type;
• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and navigation paths;
• Referring website or source;
• Date and time of each request.

This information is used to maintain and improve the Platform, diagnose technical problems, analyse aggregate usage trends, and protect against abuse or security threats. Where possible, we use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics.

7. Information you provide voluntarily

If you contact us via email or the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject line, and message body. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of correspondence as needed.

We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. GamingClip may use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering navigation preferences during a session);
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform (e.g. page views, session duration). These may be set by third-party analytics providers if we enable them;
• Local storage: Not a cookie, but a browser API used to persist your player profile as described in Section 4.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect site functionality. Blocking local storage will prevent player profiles from being saved.

9. Third-party services and embedded games

Games on GamingClip are embedded via iframe from third-party providers (Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, and their content delivery networks). When you play a game:

• The third-party provider may collect technical data about your device and session;
• Your GamingClip username and password may be passed as URL parameters to the game iframe where supported by the provider;
• Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of embedded game providers. GamingClip is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

10. How we use your information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the Platform and its features;
• Responding to enquiries and support requests;
• Monitoring and improving performance, security, and user experience;
• Generating aggregated, de-identified statistics about Platform usage;
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Use;
• Protecting against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

11. Legal bases for processing (where applicable)

Depending on your jurisdiction, our legal bases for processing personal information may include:

• Consent: Where you voluntarily provide information (e.g. contact form);
• Legitimate interests: Operating, securing, and improving the Platform;

• Local player data: Retained on your device until you clear browser storage or we change the storage key in a Platform update;
• Contact correspondence: Retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry and for up to 3 years thereafter for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law;
• Server logs and analytics: Typically retained for 12–24 months in aggregated or raw form, then deleted or de-identified.

13. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Hosting providers, CDN operators, analytics services, and email providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations;

Note: Because player profiles are stored locally on your device, you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data for gamingclip.com.

16. Children's privacy

GamingClip is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. Please contact us if you believe a minor has used the Platform.

17. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through our servers, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure hosting practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Local player data security depends on your device and browser security. Keep your device locked and software updated.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
